Withdrawing from The Well Academy
If you wish to withdraw your child from The Well Academy, please contact our office so we can begin processing your withdrawal paperwork. We will contact your local school board to let them know of the change.
Additionally, you will need to fill out the following reports/transcripts to create the final record for your child. After you have filled in the information, please send it to us for final editing and a signature. Most schools will request these records from us, and we will keep these on file for years to come.
